The Perfect House For Your Family Vacation

We have been coming to Long Beach Island since the late ‘60s, and it has been over 30 years since Jerry and Estelle Fried first bought this duplex and started renting out the downstairs and living upstairs. So, there are lot of memories in this place and we hope you and your family will add to them. As Estelle and Jerry’s three sons took over management, the family has invested in many improvements. As recently as 2019, the entire house was completely renovated and we put in all new kitchens, bathrooms and carpeting, installed central air conditioning and rebuilt and improved all the decks plus much much more.

Where is this place cuz I already want to come?
The house is located in Holgate, south Beach Haven on Long Beach Island New Jersey. In this part of the island there is only one house on the beach and no road on the ocean side as there is on most of the island. It is very quiet, with less traffic and congestion during the busy (and not busy) season.

And what else?
Our home is located about 1 mile from the center of Beach Haven where there are some of the island’s favorite restaurants, and about 2 miles from Bay Village shopping and entertainment. Some other highlights of The Holgate House are:
